Tian Tan Buddha is a giant bronze Buddha statue, often referred to as the Big Buddha. It is located on the Lantao Island of Hong Kong. It is the largest seated bronze Buddha statue in the world and is a major center for Buddhism. Visitors must climb 268 steps up to the statue. With the incredible views available of the mountains and the sea, it is well worth the climb. Victoria Harbour is the largest harbour in China, and the third largest in the world. The harbour is famous for its amazing panoramic view of the skyline and Hong Kong Island. For an especially amazing view, go to the Peak Tower on the Victoria Peak.
Lung King Heen is a Cantonese fine dining restaurant located in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. It is the only Cantonese restaurant within Hong Kong to have been awarded three Michelin Stars. In addition to the excellent quality of cuisine, the restaurant features wonderful views of Hong Kong’s harbor and skyline. 8½ Otto e Mezzo is the only Italian restaurant outside of Italy to be awarded three stars by Michelin.
